Christmas Party

Yesterday we had our Christmas party with Room 5 and Room 6. First we had a treat for snack, yummy juice and crisps. Then we played lots of party games! We played musical statues, musical bumps, musical arms, pass the parcel and best dancer. There were lots of great prizes! We also had a special visitor, can you guess who?

That's right, it was SANTA!!!!!

He gave us really cool books like  The Snail and The Whale, The Gruffalos Child, Charlie Cooks Favourite Book and The Bravest Ever Bear.

We finished off by having a boogie to the Macarena. Even Mrs Smith, Miss Craig and Miss Pritchard joined in!

Christmas Disco

The Christmas disco last week was a great success! We all enjoyed singing, dancing and doing the conga. Mrs Smith had her reindeer antlers on and we all had a turn of wearing them, we had lots of giggles!

Tesco Visit

In November we went on a trip to Tesco as part of our Farm to Fork topic.

We met Callum who let us explore the store.  We loved searching for all different types and colours of fruit and vegetables, tasting interesting types of cheese and bread, learning about fish and seafood and even getting to go into the big freezer!

Eggcellent Extravaganza

In October we hosted our "Eggcellent Extravaganza". We invited the adults in to school to watch our presentation about eggs and shared some boiled eggs and toast with them. It was great fun using the placemats and egg cups that we had made in class. We hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did!

MacMillan Coffee Morning

In September we had lots of fun at the MacMillan coffee morning. We really enjoyed having a chat and a cake with the grown ups. We even got to wear our own clothes! The morning was very successful and we raised lots of money for a very important charity.
